Pinky, do you have any tips for Burma/Myanmar travel? I know many people seem to avoid it because o the country’s political stance. Did you have any issues getting in or being there?

It is now no problem to visit . Aung San Su Kyi is back and her country is behind her. Burma is moving forward fast and the people are so welcoming. It’s beauitiful. I spent two months there and blogged the whole way. Check out some of my writings and images further back. Do you need tips for bus’s, hostels, palces to visit? I must say that in january there was little internet, limited places to stay and you must book rooms in advance. Does that help?
